About the role
Northbridge Fintech builds reconciliation infrastructure for mid-size banks and NBFCs. Team of 40, Series B funded.
Responsibilities
- Own backend services for the payments reconciliation platform
- Design database schemas and API contracts with the product team
- Improve service reliability and on-call response for core systems
- Review code and mentor two associate engineers
Must-have
- Node.js or Go in production
- Relational database design
- REST API design
Nice-to-have
- AWS or GCP experience
- Exposure to event-driven systems
