How do employer recruitment payments work?
For standard managed recruitment, there is no monthly or yearly recruitment charge. Grow Biz charges a one-time fee equal to 10% of the hired candidate's annual CTC after the candidate joins, payable within 15 days. Specialist or difficult roles may be 12.5%. Employer memberships are prepaid monthly or annually; RPO is billed monthly in advance; job posts and boosts are paid upfront.
