- Supervise a 20-member shop-floor team across rotating shifts
- Enforce quality and safety compliance on the production line
- Report daily output and downtime to the plant manager
Must-have
- Diploma or degree in mechanical/production engineering
- 3+ years shop-floor supervision
Nice-to-have
- ISO 9001 audit experience
